GENESIS
Security, house-keeping and facilities management has acquired very important status of being very critical constituents of production line thereby affecting overall output in any industry. Similarly, in other sectors like hospitals, real estate, private and public corporates, personal safety and events management; private security and facilities have come to play a very important role. This proliferation in the demand of skilled work force in the service sector, therefore, has led to specific thrust and emphasis on Skill development by Govt. of India.
In order to provide a holistic and single window solution for the issues of security ,facilities, events management and skills development as also to provide consultancy for these services former Indian Army Security experts including the specialists from the elite Indian Army’s Parachute Special Forces (Surgical Strikes Fame) deliberated in depth to synthesize their expertise and that is how the “Red Rangers Security & Facilities Services Pvt Ltd” came into existence and was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies in April 2015.

Col R.L Sharma is a Promotor director who is a former distinguished officer of the elite Parachute & Mechanized Infantry Regiment of the Indian Army with over 35 years of service. He has seen action in the 1965 & 1971 wars and was an active member of the Mukti Bahini in the liberation war of Bangladesh. He is an acknowledged expert in the field of security and its management and holds a PGDM in Personnel Management
Managing Director – COL SUNIL POKHRIYAL, SM (Veteran)
Col Sunil Pokhriyal, Sena Medal (Veteran) is a war-wounded and war decorated officer of the elite “Special Forces” of the Indian Army having more than twenty-seven years of experience in various command and staff appointments in the Army service. He is an acknowledged and a renowned expert in the field of security and its management at all levels. This venture is his brain-child and he is the spirit behind it. He is an alumni of the IIMs Kolkata & Kozhikode and MDI,Gurgaon .
Director – Mrs. SANGEETA POKHRIYAL
Mrs. Sangeeta Pokhriyal is a Promotor director who is a wife and a daughter of former Army officers. She has been an active member of the Army Wives Welfare Association and has vast knowledge and experience in organizing of various events at large scale. She also has an experience of being a teacher for more than ten years in Army Public Schools. For past more than seven years she has been associated with the security professionals and possesses adequate knowledge of security and related HR management procedures.

CFO – MAJ KULWANT SINGH DHAMI , SM ( VETERAN )
Maj KS Dhami, Sena Medal(Veteran) is a legendary figure in the field of Mountaineering & adventure sports. He is in the field of security for past more than seven years since retiring from the Indian Army. He holds a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering and has sound knowledge on financial matters.
COO – LT COL JAI PRAKASH YADAV (VETERAN)
Lt Col JP Yadav is a former Armoured Corps officer having more than 36 years of service experience. He is in the field of security for more than four years after retiring and has work experience of being the GM Operations with a leading security company of the country and Principal of a Skills Development Institute. He holds a diploma in the Management of the Training Institutes from the Amity University.

NB/SUB (RETD) Brajesh Sharma is a formar junior commissioned officer of the Indian Army. He has vast experience in the field of security & human resource management of about 20 years.

MAJ GEN A.K.S SENGAR , AVSM , VSM ( VETERAN )
Gen Sengar has a vast experience of about forty years in the Army. He is regarded as one of the best Generals ever produced by the Indian Army. He has tenanted various important command, staff and instructional appointments including with the United Nations. He has been the Defense Attaché of the country in Turkey. He has also authored few books which are best sellers. He is an advisor to the company for perspective planning & strategy and on framing the policies for operations and training to the company.
RESHAM SINGH , IPS , ADG OF POLICE ( RETD.) , HARYANA
He is a highly decorated officer with forty years of experience in the IPS, Haryana Cadre. He has been an excellent field officer and apart from criminal investigation, law and order; has first-hand in-depth knowledge of Security, Surveillance, Intelligence, Safety and training due to his long stint in the CISF, Government of India and the Police Training Acedemy,Murthal,Haryana . He is also a practicing lawyer in the Supreme Court of India.
LT COL KPS RANA (RETD)
He is an ex- Promotor director of the company and was instrumental in the raising of the company and giving it its shape. He is a qualified and renowned expert in the field of security. He has also served as a Joint Director, Security with the Dte Gen of Resettlement, Delhi before seeking retirement from the Army. He is the MD of the “Cyclops Security & Allied Services Pvt Ltd” and the “C2 Forces Skill Development Academy,Bhiwadi”. He is an advisor to the company on business development & Promotions.
